10k Kicking Challenge

Kicking Warning: always perform the technique slowly at first, increasing only as you perfect the motion. Avoid hyper-extending your knees by ensuring you do not over extend your legs. Practicing with a partner holding a pad is the ideal, but if not, please use a heavy bag, or padded post to avoid injury.

Perform the Front Snapping Ball Kick the amount of repetitions each day to master it.

I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.
