Basic Bodybuilding Exercises
When you start bodybuilding, you might feel tempted to jump in and do “all the things.” First off, that’s a guaranteed way to get injured. The routines below all follow a simple superset formula. Begin by performing 15-20 repetitions of the first two exercises. Then, do them again for the same amount of repetitions. You repeat this for every pair of exercises.
