“Joon Bi” – Begin in the proper ready stance.

  1. Turn left 90 degrees to the left into a walking stance, left foot forward, left low block.
  2. Execute a rear-leg front snap kick, landing in front stance, right foot forward, right-left double punch.
  3. Turn right 180 degrees into a walking stance, right foot forward, right low block.
  4. Execute a rear-leg front snap kick, landing in front stance, left foot forward, left-right double punch.
  5. Turn left 90 degrees into walking stance, left foot forward, right knife hand strike to the neck.
  6. Step forward into walking stance, right foot forward, left knife hand strike to the neck.
  7. Turn left 90 degrees into back stance, left leg forward, left knife hand middle block.
  8. Right punch into front stance.
  9. Turn right 180 degrees into back stance, right foot forward, right knife hand middle block.
  10. Left punch into front stance.
  11. Turn left 90 degrees into walking stance, left foot forward, right inside block.
  12. Step forward into walking stance, right foot forward, left inside block.
  13. Turn left 270 degrees, into walking stance, left foot forward, left low block.
  14. Execute a rear-leg front snap kick, landing in front stance, right foot forward, right-left double punch.
  15. Turn right 180 degrees into a walking stance, right foot forward, right low block.
  16. Execute a rear-leg front snap kick, landing in front stance, left foot forward, left-right double punch.
  17. Turn left 90 degrees into a walking stance, left foot forward, left low block, right punch.
  18. Step forward into walking stance, right foot forward, right low block, left punch.
  19. Execute a rear-leg front snap kick landing in a left walking stance, left low block, right punch.
  20. Execute a rear-leg front snap kick landing in a right walking stance, right low block, left punch, “Kihap”.

“Bah Ro” – The judge or instructor will give the Korean command for “Return”. This means to return to the appropriate ready stance.
